El Royale Living Trust

This trust has been established under the private authority of its creator for the purpose of legacy preservation, wealth management, private education, and sovereign commerce. The trust does not exist within any domestic statutory jurisdiction, nor is it subject to any state or federal authority unless voluntarily agreed upon by its Trustee.

• Not created under any U.S. state corporation, LLC, or trust statute
• Not a U.S. person or taxpayer under IRC definitions
• Operated solely by its appointed Trustee for the benefit of the named and future beneficiaries
• Not subject to reporting requirements under U.S. codes unless voluntarily contracted

PURPOSE OF OPERATIONS

The Trust engages in:

• Private business through El Royale Enterprises
• Educational and literary work, including “Time Ain’t Free” and other publications
• Asset protection, estate planning, and spiritual-cultural preservation
• Intergenerational wealth building and sovereignty education

All trust activity is executed with honor, integrity, and in lawful private standing.

NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Any party interacting with El Royale Living Trust or its Trustee is deemed to have received notice of private status, and no assumption of jurisdiction, liability, or waiver of rights shall be presumed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
